I had an issue with damage from shipping and Freya immediately responded and rectified the issue. This seller is extremely response and values their customer. I am extremely grateful that I made the choice to purchase my suspension seat post from them. We all have choices. If it is close in cost choose this seller over trying to save a buck from someone else. This seller stands behind their products and to me: that is worth more than price. Good product as described. Well packaged. My only complaint is the that the seller list there location in northern Kentucky and the product was shipped from Florida. It took way to long. Communication could be improved.
