Item arrived with a tiny rip in the right sleeve that had some of the stuffing coming out. I noticed this right after opening the package and contacted the seller since the rip was not shown in any photos or in the item description. However the seller stated it was most likely my fault by damaging it after receiving the package and trying it on. Would not buy again from this seller. Other than that, product was in good condition.

The buyer reached out a few days after delivery. They sent a picture of a tear with stuffing coming out. Their picture did not match the original picture when the jacket was purchased. They didn't open a return or ask for a refund.
