I contacted manufacturer and they said this particular item was fully refunded to a person who re-sold it to me (as new one), it s why free battery replacement was not possible.To buy it d cost about $60. I sent item back but was waiting for money back for too long, thought I d never get it.Eventually ebay credited my money back. I left negative feedback and seller started bombarding me w/emails asking to revise it. So I did. Horrible experience.
