    Best Life Guide for Managing Pre-Diabetes

    This was a great "starter" book to help people understand early Diabetes diagnoses or raised blood sugar levels. We had a family with this problem and this book helped very much with understanding the causes and life (diet/exercise) changes that would help lower blood sugar levels.

    This was a gift

    I purchased this book for my dad who has recently been diagnosed w/Type II Diabetes. I have not read the book, but have heard many good reviews about the author. I heard about this particular book on the Hungry Girl website, which I LOVE!!

    Never received this book. Had to go to Ebay to get my money back. I don't understand what happened since I never got an explaination from the seller. I may buy this book from someone else.
