I got my wife setup on a local account with no issues and windows 11 worked fine. I noticed that the speed of processing requests was quite fast. the condition of the device was better than good it was excellent.

When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.
