    Money well spent

    My five-year old Dell PC was getting ponderously slow, and I was thinking about buying a new one, but I went to the Crucial web site and ran their performance analysis program (thanks, Crucial!), and it said memory was my bottleneck. My Dell Inspiron 3647 had only 4GB of its 16GB capacity. So I bought two of these here, for $50. Installing them was easy, and I saw an immediate improvement in all the areas I care about - faster boot, faster program load, faster performance by Firefox and Adobe Acrobat. Very happy. Money well spent.

    DDR3L ram great for upgrading

    This ram is quickly being replaced by DDR4 memory but the older desktops can still benefit from a multi-gig shot in the arm that this provides. The other nice feature is that this DDR3L can be used in computers that came with DDR3 ram as long as the slots match.

    Easy Installation, work great.

    Plugged it in. Restart. It works. makes things run a lot smoother/faster. I had 8gb before, things get swapped in and out. It was almost always full. With the extra ram, I don't hear harddrive grinding. I bought 2 of this, and wound up splitting among 2 pc's. Now both run nicely with 16gb. This and an SSD drive are great upgrades.
