Excellent product, great functionalities, reliable, great quality...... all the good reviews you can read about it are true. The only point I dislike is the quality of the speakers. They are excellent for talking, for the phone (they a re extremely clear and even too loud with the power all the way up) But for the price, for the general high quality of the device, and for the diameter of the speakers, they could have been better to listen to music. Treble and medium are really good, but basses doesn't exist at all. Listening to classical music, cellos and bass disappear. Expecting for an update.

So after placing the speakers of the 20s into appropriate location provided by the Shoei Hornet x2 I had a bold vision of being to talk on my phone and listen to music riding at a cruising speed of 50 at least ...,well not so much . At 30 mph I can barley hear my phone calls not mention any music from my playlist . Not quit I was I was hoping for ..and yes I did the firmware update and there is no foam covering my speakers

The price-value bang for the buck value makes it a good deal. Being able to go hands free for communications on a motorcycle is the goal here, and the Sena20s allows me to do this, along with other BT products. The Sena mates well with a Pryme BT M31 adaptor to the Kenwood KT-8180 2-way Radio. The Pryme has both a wired and wireless PTT option to key the radio. (Unfortunately, Sena’s SR10 BT adaptor does not inteterface with the radio unless you make your own cable). The only complaints are: - that it’s difficult to get both the radio and phone connections to pair at the same time, while one at a time is easy. The Sena20s does support two BT paired devices. - how does one replace the rechargeable battery when it goes bad?

It's a while to get used to. It's definitely worth the money. If you can find it on eBay for 2:20 or less you made a great deal. I would suggest that you have someone help you install it in your helmet. It takes awhile to get used to taking apart your entire helmet to hide the wiring. But it's well worth it afterwards. It's sound quality is awesome. The FM is easy to use. I haven't tried the intercom yet. But ask for the phone and everything else it works pretty good. Great quality for the money.

I've been using this device for several weeks now. I ride a Harley Davidson Switchback, and lately, because of the heat, I've been riding without the windshield. Anyhow, this unit works wonderfully within my Arai RX-Q helmet. People tell me they have no problem hearing me even when I'm talking at 70 mph. I've never had any problem with it syncing with my phone and I've been able to listen to music and get navigation directions simultaneously. The speakers are plenty loud and I've been able to use the device playing music, get navigational directions, and phone calls for 4 hours without any problem. I'm sure the device would last longer than 4 hours as it usually takes no time to recharge. Its just that's all my daily commute lasts. The bad. If you can call it that. There are a lot of sequences to remember. You have the jog dial button, the phone button, and the ambient mode button. Each of them have there own functions, but they all come with either a once press or two press. Some features work with a single tap of a button, others require holding the button for 2 seconds, etc. Just a lot of different things to remember. But I guess its better to have the choices than not. The ambient mode button is hard to hit with gloves on. I havent had an opportunity to try out the intercom features at this time, since none of my riding buddies have a communication device.Read full review
