It took my seller over a week to ship my item. Even though he received immediate payment. I tried several times to contact him to see when he would ship my item but had to threaten to open a case before I received communication. Then was given a date to expect shipment but he didn’t and took longer. Once I got my hat it smelled and had more defects than was described. I’ve since tried contacting my seller but he hasn’t responded. I will keep my hat but will not buy from this seller again.

I would like to follow up on my previous feedback. I understand that there were circumstances beyond my seller's control which caused my initial negative experience. This information was not available to me at the time. I have since reviewed the situation and would like to change my feedback to 100% positive. In view of my new understanding of the situation, I would definitely do business again will my seller and would recommend him to friends and family and anyone else who is interested.
