Featured in The Official Nintendo Player's Guide. a must own if going to the complete guide as a collection. Kung fu was a game that i saw bundled with many of garage sale collections back in the day but never owned it, now having the physical cart to play it makes for a very fun addition to the ever expanding collection that is the original Nintendo..

It's a black box game for NES finicky controls and not so great play value but it's day one "black box" status makes it worth the play

A straight forward and not so complicated game. I loved playing the arcade original so I have a vested interest already in the game play. I love the sound effects, and simplistic & mindless fun found in this game. You attempt to reach your kidnapped girlfriend held on the top of a 5 level pagoda. You punch and kick your way up 5 levels. I am just not good enough at not getting hit to make it far. This is enjoyable all the same.

This brings back so many memories of begging for quarters and playing for hours. Thank you for the excellent quality game. I'll be back!!

When this was orginally found in the arcades, it was titled " Kung Fu Master ", but when Nintendo ported it, they decided to shorten the title a bit. 5 levels of side-kickin' craziness; this scroller beat-em'-up features a varied cast of weirdo enemies to kick in the crotch: henchmen, midgets, snakes, dragons, giant negroids, and asshole-knife throwers to name a few. One of my favorite things about this title is the digitized " Mwahaahaa's " and " Ho-ho-ho's" not to mention the " arrghs ". When it comes to vintage gaming, I'm always the fan for the synthisized robutt voice.
