They’re a lifesaver for a disabled mentally-ill silly like me. They let me just think or just breathe cuz my stupid hands are satisfied. They can be used in tons of ways, especially as a couple. I am not really good at getting out of the house because of my anxiety and things I care not to say. But these keep me cool all day and night. Packaged well, quick shipping, fair price.
