    Two of the five lampshades had cracks/chips. I contacted NOVA, but they didn't respond (AT ALL). I love the lamp; I want to keep the lamp; I just wanted two replacement shades, but they didn't even acknowledgment my emails. For a high priced floor lamp, I would have expected MUCH better customer service. I am greatly disappointed that no one every got back to me.

    Hello Friend, We apologize for the aggravation we have caused. To be honest, we are a 100 year old lighting vendor, but we are newer to eBay and online retailing. We simply did not see your message. All of our products are inspected in 3 separate QC inspections. The lamp did not ship out with 4 pieces of broken glass. It must have gotten damaged in transit.
