Two of the five lampshades had cracks/chips. I contacted NOVA, but they didn't respond (AT ALL). I love the lamp; I want to keep the lamp; I just wanted two replacement shades, but they didn't even acknowledgment my emails. For a high priced floor lamp, I would have expected MUCH better customer service. I am greatly disappointed that no one every got back to me.

Hello Friend, We apologize for the aggravation we have caused. To be honest, we are a 100 year old lighting vendor, but we are newer to eBay and online retailing. We simply did not see your message. All of our products are inspected in 3 separate QC inspections. The lamp did not ship out with 4 pieces of broken glass. It must have gotten damaged in transit. We will send you a brand new one. Beautiful Lamps! But you could change the advertisement. Lamps are dark and not the same color as the lamps pictured in the description. But they are still lovely.
