This is simply untrue or misdirected feedback (intended for different seller). We put in flat rate envelope the breakers were wrapped first in bubble wrap and then in cardboard. WE WOULD NEVER SHIP WITHOUT PRECAUTION AGAINST ROUGH HANDLING. This buyer never provided a photo the damage or the packaging.
