This package arrived tightly wrapped in bubble wrap but the product had leaked on the inside of the box. Almost half the product was gone (could’ve been not sealed tightly, the heat, or transit). Spoke to the seller and she was very helpful and understanding. Even went so far as to offer another pricier serum for free! She gave me 3 serum options and other options such as facial masks. The other serum just arrived and I’m overall super happy with this seller! Would recommend. :)
