Rating is closer to neutral. Basket is beautiful, but pictures didn't show the damage very well. The problem is seller mailed a $150 item in a thin plastic mailer with NO padding/cushion. This should have gone in a box, especially for the fragility and value of item. I was charged $9.99 for shipping too. And I had to contact seller as 5 days passed before they mailed it. Thankfully, it arrived okay, but I would hesitate to buy from them again because of the packaging.

I did ask seller to remove ornament hangers and throw them away to alleviate scratching of ornaments during shipping. Seller did not honor my request and did not respond. Items were as described and appropriately packaged.
