Refunded. Item was described as new. It was not. It was an Amazon customer return with a label that still had the previous owner's name on it and there was a critical piece missing -- the impeller/paddle. Finally, it was shipped with no packing material -- loose inside a big box jostling around. This seller has a very cavalier attitude towards selling and should not be on ebay.
