I had an issue with my payment and this seller was very helpful and responsive. Received item as described. Only issues I had was : 1) I wanted to wipe fresh and the reinstall the OS, and the listing says it comes with windows 11 pro but when I checked after install, it only has windows 11 home. When I try to upgrade, it defaults to home. 2) when I go to check the warranty on the laptop, Dell says the warranty was refunded and I cannot buy a new one so any issues I’m on my own
