Their description and thorough pictures made the buying experience calm and certain. The item shipped and arrived slow but steady, with perfect packaging and care. Overall, a good seller. The price was amazing and the computer already had a local account set up. Seller communication was also great. Although there’s a few caveats. 1. The description wasn’t the most accurate as it said nothing about a power supply not being included. It could be a mistake, and I had another universal adapter lying around, so it’s fine. 2. The buying to shipping time isn’t the greatest. It is dismissible, as I was told they are backed up. Great seller, would buy from again.

Very good customer service, excellent condition, decently quick shipping (It's shipped by UPS, which is mediocre but that's not the seller's fault) and great packaging! I had great buying experience and any small issues were instantly responded to by the seller (contact within hours of leaving a message).
Item was clean, undamaged and very well packaged in a giant pillow of bubble wrap, except the HDD (It was kinda rattling around in there, but it's working fine and isn't that expensive)
