The product description and product images were easy to understand. They also responded to price negotiations and were very courteous. However, because it took so long to arrive, perhaps because it was shipped by eBay, I couldn't use it for the job I had planned and had to return it. Customer service was very good.

Item received was exactly as depicted in photos, written description was off a little, great communication with seller, excellent professional packing and shipped quickly. Would order again from seller due to good return policy and reputation.

  • Terrific microphone which can be uitilized in a variety of situations.

This Azden Microphone was designed to be used on top of a DSLR with HD Video Capabilities. Its short barrel will not interfere with a wide angle shot, and the XLR Output informs the user of its balanced audio signal. There is no on/off switch so the user must provide Phantom Power to the unit. What is surprising about this microphone is that it can be compared with any shotgun microphone with any length barrel. The sound quality of this unit is equal to my longer barrel units, one a Sennheiser the other a long Azden. I was worried that is short length would cut down on the ability to 'reach' distant sound but that has not been the case. With its hot shoe connection it can be mounted to a camera top, or by purchasing an adaptor can be fitted to the top of a light stand. If you look up ...

  • Mic works fine

Works as intended, POV mic for small camcorder. Windscreen works well, the cable is long enough. I'm using it with my Sony PXW-X70 camera.
