    HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off, seller shipped this purse in a plastic envelope and not in a box so it wouldn't get smashed. It arrived smashed. It was also unsewn at the bottom which she didn't mention in the listing. I let her know of the damage she said that it probably got unsewn in the shipping which I felt was a real stretch from the truth. I asked for a $25 refund to make the repairs. Refused stating that the pics I sent were not that of the purse. Buyers beware I wont buy from her again.
