The box was all busted up with someone elses ups/ps package in it which Left for the mail carrier with a note. A little bit scratched up. The was no instruction included and their customer service tried to help. Finally used google and found out what I needed to know. The price was almost 1/2 of another mail order retailer, so I got a good deal. Thanks for your help.

Great Ebay seller. Very, very fast shipping!!! Good prices. Item arrived looking just like in the pictures.
The only issue is that the seller just slapped the shipping labels on the OEM box and sent it to me like that.
This has become a regular thing on Ebay.
The problem with doing it like that is that the OEM box was never designed for the rigors of shipping. The box is too thin.
Fortunately, the item I bought arrived safe and sound. There was just one small spot where the OEM tape had broken.

Seller was great but shipping was very slow as in twice the length time it was advertised to be delivered and box was heavily damaged. Item seemed to be ok though. Gave positive review only because CPO communication was great when it came to the shipping and believe the issues were shipping related and not the sellers fault. Pole saw is awesome and definitely lighter than my Stihl has pole saw. Would recommend seller and product and will buy from seller again.
