    The GP9 Engine Is Good, Railscope Is Flawed

    This is a really good Lionel GP9 engine with not one but 2 Pullmore motors. The Railscope is a good idea, poorly executed. I am satisfied that I got a great buy with the GP9 locomotive.

    Wish box was better, but I knew what I was buying. Great deal for both engine and caboose.

    good engine

    I do not understand the 1 star rating without an explanation. I am running 3 in tandem pulling a long boxcar train using a ZW transformer. With 3 at 12 volts I only draw about 1.5 amps. This is far less that my Lionel 671 pulling a small work train uses at the same voltage. The fun part is watching the video while the train moves around the track.
