The seller described the item as new, but it was not. The item arrived with damaged parts and it had clearly been opened and displayed. The packaging of the item had also suffered a beating. Furthermore, one of the two additional interchangeable hands is missing. This is a shame because I was looking very much forward to the item having read the seller's information and examined the seller's photos. And to add to the neutral experience, the shipping was delayed.

This is the first I’m hearing about this. Package was sent in new unopened condition. Seller never reached out to me stating there was a problem. Would have gladly refunded his money and open a case with USPS.
