    Absolutely awful seller experience! Seller was uber sweet in messaging before receiving this jacket for my wife. Upon receipt, the jacket was way too big for her, and upon inspection, the seller's measuring tape dimensions were off by A LOT! Not just fractions of an inch, but by SEVERAL inches in TWO directions! When I showed her the actual discrepancies and opened a return, the seller immediately closed it and ghosted all further communication. Now I'm out lots $$ and sad wife! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
