Shipping was pretty quick and it's the real stuff. I put 1 teaspoon into 5 oz. Distilled swater and drink it down. It does great for inflammation in my feet. Good for overall health. I use three of the DMSO products and getting satisfying results. Of course Rome wasn't built in a day so you have to stick with it.
