I bought a lava lamp, and when it arrived, it did not perform as it was described. Anyway, it was only $20 I contacted the seller let’s see what happens. Again it’s not a big thing and I’m not making a big thing out of it because it was beautifully packaged and arrived in like the next day.

The buyer messaged that I packed the item well and it arrived quickly but the lamp remained blue when plugged in. I quickly replied that it needs to be plugged in for a bit so the wax warms up but also assured him that I accept returns and will gladly refund his money if he wasn’t satisfied for any reason. Unfortunately he did not respond to my messages but left negative feedback. My hope is the lamp is working groovy now. Future customers please know satisfaction is important to my business .
