This is exactly why we aren’t getting anywhere with this . These are your exact words “You make a claim with USPS as there the ones who messed up.” Who shipped this ? I’m the buyer you the seller. You are 100% responsible from the time the order is placed to the time the item gets delivered. Your basically telling you buyer it’s your problem USPS screwed up you file a claim . How can the buyer file a claim when the seller purchased the postage? This is exactly why your jerking is around !!

The claim you made to eBay is on hold till April 25. I literally can't refund at the moment. On the 25th eBay will make their decision, you know this. Oh, USPS said you can make the claim and should've. We are both victims of USPS ineptitude and eBay policy. You forced a refund claim before contacting us and eBay is in control, as they should be. Your threats in your messages to us and the false claims you've made are on record with our attorney for our protection. Best wishes.
