At first I hesitated to order a wool rug online, but after reading the seller's assurance that he would correct any problems, had a free return policy, had five-star ratings, and had decent shipping costs, I ordered. I messaged him twice and got quick replies. The rug came on time. It's so beautiful! The pile is so thick I can't work my fingers through to the backing.
