The item arrived intact (19" TV/VCR). The listing described it as "Overall Great Condition," with a photo of it outputting video. But upon arrival, while it does turn on and can play tapes, there is some issue with the VCR and it playing correctly. Tried with multiple tapes. No audio from tapes, banding from video. No remote so no way to test AV Input as there isn't a button on the front. Really well packaged though. No visible damage.
