I received my package from you. I am disappointed because the cup has a crack in the holder part of the cup. It can’t be used it’s not functional, so your description was incorrect. You had yarn and thread wind around it, so the crack was not visible in the pictures. I did not realize it had a crack until I remove the yarn and the string. So I can do one of two things, write you a poor review or you refund me 100% of the cost. This cup is not in mint condition as you stated in your description.
