Unfortunately, unknown to the seller, the MedBand Fall device does not function out of the box and seemed to need a subscription, but is not compatible with T Mobile or Verizon tower system per US Mobile. The seller graciously refunded my money immediately and told me to keep the device rather than return it to him. So even though the device was not usable, I found this seller to have the highest integrity and I am COMPLETELY HAPPY with the way the seller handled this problem.
