I bought this power supply to replace one that was starting to fail. I received it last month but did not install it until today. After installing, I noted that it was intermittent. I removed it and reinstalled the old power supply after repairing it. I then broke the seal on the new supply, opened it and found a power transistor that had been very poorly resoldered. After soldering it properly it worked fine. This rating is not negative because I at least now have a spare working unit.
