This seller is not willing to give a refund on a return, even though it has not been installed. The item is correct, as described. But turns out that I did not need it. They offered to accept my return IF I paid for their shipping, my shipping, and restocking. So instead of a refund, I would be out of pocket an additional 40.

Why should I be out shipping costs because you bought a part without doing any testing first? I'm not Walmart where you can try on a pair pants and decide you don't like them before you buy them. I was not required to accept this return so in good faith I offered you a return with you paying return shipping plus reimbursing me for my shipping plus any other fee's refunded. You then threated to leave a negative review if I didn't return it. This is not how Ebay is supposed to work! SELLERS BEWARE
