The only thing that I will say that's a bit negative, is that this is my 3rd one. They do wear out. Where the Velcro attaches to the brace becomes frayed over time and the Velcro won't stick well. You can trim the fuzzy material, but you don't get many more uses once you reach that point. But since I have an old injury on my arm I won't lift heavy without wearing it.
