But a nice WiFi dongle came with it. The other nice thing was that it had a HDMI to DisplayPort adpter to ensure that no matter you monitor you can get it to work now. ( Ok no VGA/HDMI - who has that nowadays.) The condition was perfect if not brand new. Quality was the same. Win 11 was installed and I am using it right now. I need five more computers and now know where to buy them.

Although the description says this computer is refurbished, it appears to be a new, unused unit with no signs of dust anywhere, including on the fan blades. It does have a very small dent on one edge which is difficult to see. The one I received is an XE4, which is an upgraded OptiPlex 7000. I have no regrets and would buy this again.
