I contacted the seller BEFORE the purchase to confirm the sizing chart was accurate. They clearly stated that it was so I ordered a medium as the sizing chart indicated. The jacket arrived so small I couldn’t get it on. I asked to return the item the same day it arrived but they would only provide a “Partial” refund. I ordered the same jacket in 2XL from “a different” seller, it arrived quickly and fit well.
