A TOP RATED SELLER FOR A REASON!!! Excellent transaction on 2 pairs of excellently-priced Marklin switches!!! I had a question, May came through with fantastic customer service, and product shipped a few hours later. Packaging was impeccable, and products were exactly as advertised: like new!!! This is my second order from Trainz, and couldn't have asked for a better experience from a more responsive crew!!! Looking forward to ordering much more from them!!!!!

  • little esc taht could

I purchased this speed control to use in a 1/32 scale live steam ship. What?! , you say?. I am building a live steam tug boat 1/32 scale, and I am trying to employ as much detail as I can. the ship is powered by a SATIO TDR-3 steam engine. but like real steam ships they had a dynamo for power generation. I used a really small Hex Tronic HXM2730 1300 KV motor for this. It had the best resemblance to a early nineteen hundreds " dynamo" I could find. My problem. finding an ESC that would power this small brushless to turn over that steam engine and push the ship. The whole theory for this is that IF the ship was to loose steam power while "out to sea" a thermo switch turns on the " dynamo" and you will be able to get back to shore. Now why this ESC?. I'm thinking its the ability to adjust ...

  • Didn't work for me

This might be a good combo, but it didn't work for my needs. the motor diameter was too small to fit my 1/18th scale engine mount. So I can't really comment on how durable it might be.

  • Small motor, big power

Used in a 1/28 scale car, way overpowered and great fun
