This phone looks like it came right out of the box when they said excellent condition, they totally meant it! There was not a scratch anywhere the phone is in beyond perfect condition. The insurance policy was email promptly. There was an issue was shipping, but it had nothing to do with the shipper but USPS. But the seller was extremely great by following up with the post office and if the post office couldn't get the phone to me in a timely manner, they would refund me as po was backed up.

NO WAY TO USE THE PHONE, NO WAY TO TURN IT ON, NO BATTERY, NO BACK TO IT, OR ANY OF THE INSIDE THINGS THAT MAKE A PHONE A PHONE. A CHILD CAN'T EVEN USE THIS. WHY WOULD I PAY ALMOST $200 FOR THAT? And seller has been absolutely non-responsive since the day I inquired about why it's taking so long to ship. DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER OR EBAY!! They scammed me!
