Arrived in the mail today. Premier Vendor Mall has two different ebay accounts. They sell the same product at a higher price than gem states surplus their second account. I sent feedback through ebay to the premier vendor requesting purchase cancellation. Received no response from the seller--Premier Vendor Mall. I'll keep the coin however; I will not do business with either Premier or Gem states surplus in the future.
