Ordered a 12000 Btu refurbished model sod 12 c r and received an 11500 different model number . Box was actually labeled as a 10000 Btu unit but after keeping me up a long time past my bedtime the seller convinced me to open the rotten box it was packaged in. Too late it was the wrong model. Told them about it. They didn’t care and said the difference was minimal.
I haven’t hooked it up yet. Let’s hope it at least works because they don’t seem interested in helping.

This seller sent an item in worse condition than youd likely find left in a dump.
Item was damaged, missing literally every single part that it was supposed to come with and was packaged as if a 3rd grader put to together.
Seller was also extremely slow to send the item and is now extremely slow to respond to me about correcting this.
