Seller sent message to cancel order due to not being able to deliver. Before I could do that I received notice it had been delivered. It had not. At that point I could not cancel the order, however the seller did and refunded my money. In my opinion, no way to run a railroad. I had intended to use the item on a trip. Can’t recommend this seller.
