I had an issue with damage from shipping and Freya immediately responded and rectified the issue. This seller is extremely response and values their customer. I am extremely grateful that I made the choice to purchase my suspension seat post from them. We all have choices. If it is close in cost choose this seller over trying to save a buck from someone else. This seller stands behind their products and to me: that is worth more than price. I will definitely be purchasing again from them!
