Really considerate seller. Ebay goofed on the tracking so she emailed me with a tracking number. Package arrived quickly, safely packaged and in the exact condition she listed. This is a really dependable seller.

First of all, the seller worked with me on the price of two books that I wanted, and had no problem even making this new listing to get the deal done. Shipping was quick & cheap, and the books were individually packaged, wrapped really nicely (kind of like Christmans presents haha). But the books were in the condition described, and overall my experience was perfect in every way. Would definitely purchase from Vaquero Books again, and probably will again soon.

  • Disappointed.

I was looking forward to reading this book. I had seen reviews that praised it as a compelling story of how Scott excaped an abusive childhood and found God after being in Creed. I found it dull. It was like every other "I found God and I'm famous" book. I Really wanted to like it. I like Creed.

  • great book one worth reading more then once

touchy story of what happens when fame comes to fast to a unstable life, very rich and in depth story and could tell it was written through kinder wiser eyes.

  • a creed to live by

Nice insight into the backdrop of celebrity culture and the lures of worldly success. Stapp comes across as humble and wiser, more mature and a now more learned man despite his previous education and background; honest, without being judgmental. Basically, he got too rich too fast. Due to his upbringing and lack of maturity, wasn't able to dissect this sudden rise with wisdom. His fall and recovery are quite remarkable indeed. Good for him. Stapp tries to deal with his past with respect and in humility. He is forthright, without being accusatory. Very interesting tracing of Creed's sudden rise in popularity, and all the accompanies such stardom. Nice to humanize these icons so that we can identify with them more, perhaps even learning from their mistakes. For those familiar with ...
