The remote and charger appeared to be in new condition as described. However, the charger does not work. The remote had a partial charge when I received it and I was able to sync it with my RV. The remote seems to be working as it should. Shipping was prompt and price was reasonable. Overall experience would have been five stars if the charger had been in working condition.
