    This is a good iron supplement

    This iron supplement does not have the unpleasant taste or unpleasant gastric side effects that many other iron supplements have. And it is effective. My iron levels were far too low. I have been taking Fergon for about 6 months, and my levels are normal now, and I have more energy.
