Ben Wallfisch has delivered an incredible muscular score for The Invisible Man, Mixing classical strings, synths & Industrial noise; it is both organic and synthetic, pummelling you one minute and barely there the next. Honestly, this hasn?t left my headphones since we were sent it. Wallfisch expands on the sonics of his IT scores and while there are inspiration and nods to Bernard Herrman in the urgency of the string section it feels contemporary and timeless. An astounding achievement.

    Brilliant and so much more

    I was surprised at this recording. I generally don't purchase Movie Soundtracks. But while watching the Film "The Invisible Man" while the credits rolled it caught my attention. Hence, I rewound a bit, and "listened" to the music being played during the credits rolling. It was at that moment I said, "Hmmm, have to buy this". With some investigation, it seems that Benjamin Wallfisch's credentials are somewhat impressive. I was surprised to learn that he was also the arranger of "Adele's version of George Michael's "Fastlove" at the Grammy's. (Remember when she stopped and cursed and started again to "get it right for George" - I bow my head to her. I never saw anyone stop a Live TV program to get something right before having worked in the TV business myself for over 40 years.) That ...
