I purchased this item in "new" condition. I received my "new" inbox toy in an oversized bubble wrap BAG, crushed! See pics. If the box was in new condition before it shipped, it didn't have a chance during shipping. I did test the pull string, she does talk but the string will not return properly, which I can fix. It was a good purchase price originally, but thanks to their packaging I'll be struggling to make this an appropriate birthday gift. Please fix this for your future buyers.
