I'm sorry sir looks like customs held the item. This seems to be a prohibited item in your country. Tracking saying says "item cannot be exported" (398673330798) you didn't check your countries list of prohibited items. Now I'm out of the product as well since this is not likely to make it back to me and now I have a negative. :/
