Professional and communicative seller, but unfortunately the device was not functional. It had been dropped in shipping, and the packaging wasn’t quite sufficient for the ~70lb weight. The UPS battery itself is also dead, which is most of the value of the unit. It took me hours of fairly technical work with their support team to figure out the problems, so it’s 100% understandable the seller’s preliminary testing didn’t show that — good people and good intentions, just an unfortunate outcome.
