There is a 25+ year long story behind this piece in my family. All my mom knew was that someone broke her  “Looking Out to Sea” Norman Rockwell plate, but of course “nobody did it”…Well, it was my sister and news “broke” over dinner the other night. She and my dad have been searching for the same plate ever since. I was able to purchase with a few clicks during that same dinner conversation thanks to this seller.
